Symptoms

vMotion takes longer than expected. 

Impact

Reduced throughput on vMotion and cloning  

Cause

vMotion (which is used for cloning) was using the same two vmnics that all clients, iSCSI, and SIO data traffic used, causing conflicts and degraded performance.

Resolution

Workaround

Reconfigure the iSCSI environment to use different vmnics as data paths.
