Instructions

VxRail이 DD(Data Domain)에서 데이터 저장소 생성을 요청하는 경우 이는 NFS(Network File System) 공유 요청입니다.

NFS 공유가 DD에서 생성되면 Elastic Sky X(ESX)에 마운트할 수 있습니다. 그런 다음 VxRail은 이를 사용하여 다른 데이터 저장소에서 VM(Virtual Machine) 또는 VM 디스크 파일을 이동할 수 있습니다.

Additional Information

  • VMware는 데이터 저장소에 대해 VMFS(Virtual Machine File System)와 NFS(Network File System)를 모두 지원합니다.
  • 두 데이터 저장소 모두 한 호스트에서 다른 호스트로 VM을 이동하는 기능인 vMotion을 지원합니다.
  • VMFS와 NFS 간에는 거의 차이가 없습니다.
