在夜間自動 AppSync 內部維護功能期間，會不恰當地刪除「再利用排程」。

檢視再利用排程時，會發現 Appsync GUI 中的「再利用排程」遺失。  

Cause

工作碰撞會觸發將再利用排程的隱藏服務計劃標記為刪除的不當行為。

每晚自動 AppSync 內部維護功能會刪除任何標示為刪除的服務計劃。

在 AppSync 伺服器記錄中找到以下內容：

工作碰撞會將狀態設為未使用，不恰當地標記要刪除的再利用計畫：

05-21-2017 18：15：00.954 INFO [EJB default - 10] [com.emc.archway.commands.serviceplan.workflow.ServicePlanBrokerCommandBean] [] [] 由於任務衝突，重新利用失敗。  將服務計畫 1d83e06b-ca44-4905-b2a6-559cd85e2295 標記為未使用，以及任何兒童服務計畫

05-21-2017 18：15：00.970 INFO [EJB default - 10] [com.emc.archway.commands.serviceplan.DeleteReplicaCommandBean] [] [] 標記重新調整用途服務計畫：E:\2017 05 17 01 20 15 PM 1.1 未使用

Resolution

有 hotfix 可防止此問題在 AppSync 3.1.0.2 中發生。請聯絡 EMC 客戶支援以要求此 hotfox。針對此問題提出新的服務要求時，請引用此知識文章。
