Symptoms

Die folgenden Fehler werden vom Agent während der Datenerfassung oder während des Starts protokolliert:

Cause

Das McAfee-Antivirus-Produkt wurde auf dem Agenten-Host installiert und scannt aktiv den Ordner des DPA-Agenten.

Resolution

Konfigurieren Sie den Ausschluss in der McAfee-Software so, dass der DPA-Agent-Ordner nicht aktiv gescannt wird. Nachfolgend finden Sie das Standardinstallationsverzeichnis für den DPA-Agent unter Windows:
