To check what BIOS version the switch is running, issue the OS10 command: show system

To verify if the switch is up to date on the BIOS and ONIE versions, check the Dell Support website, referencing the service tag or switch model.

 

Note: In current versions of OS10 the PCIe, BIOS, BMC, Firmware Updater, ONIE, and SSD versions are all present in the output of the "show system" command. Example below:
