Symptoms
このエラーはDell DPNに影響する可能性があります 5G4WK - PWR SPLY,1100W,RDNT,DC,ART,V4 MFG日付コード 2019 - 2021の電源。エンド ユーザーは、TSRログで次のタイプのエラーを見つける場合があります。

注：エンド ユーザーがPSU冗長モードを使用している可能性があります。PSUの交換を開始する前に、トラブルシューティングを行ってPSUの障害を特定する必要があります。
Cause
メイン出力がなく、12 VスタンバイのPSU障害は、第2段昇圧コンバータのIC56およびIC57ドライバICのコンポーネント品質の問題が原因です。
ICの抵抗が抵抗をずらし、低電圧誤動作防止(UVLO)の誤トリガを引き起こしました。
Resolution
これらのPSUのいずれかがサービス ストックから消去されています。
