PowerEdge: Intel IPU E2100-CCQDA2 May Show PR8 After a Cold Boot

Multiple entries of PR7 and PR8 in their Lifecycle logs for the Infrastructure Processing Unit (IPU).

Cause

There is a udev rule in Rocky Linux that causes the Integrated Memory Controller (IMC) to be brought online before it is ready, causing this issue. 

Resolution

These are false warnings, and the IPU is functional within the operating system.

FIX:
This is addressed in IMC version 1.6.
