Cause

PowerMax 10.0.x için Unisphere, ping işlemi için API isteğinde yanlış protokolü gönderiyor.

Resolution

Bu sorun, PowerMAX için Unisphere Sürüm 10.1.x ile çözülmüştür.

Geçici bir çözüm olarak (PowerMax 10.0.x için Unisphere ile) "Ping Remote IP" işlevinin onaylanması gerekiyorsa aşağıdaki SYMCLI komutunu kullanın:

symsan -sid <sid> -dir <dir> -port <port> ping -protocol rdf_gige -remote_ip_address <IPAddress>
