Cause
お客様は、スイッチの反対側にある内部サブネットまたはルーティング アドレスのいずれかを使用して、GW(ゲートウェイ)アドレスからトレースルートを実行できます。これにより、ネットワーク内の特定のポイントのルーティングのみが提供されます。
ポイントツーポイントのトレースルートを実行するには、エンドポイント自体(アレイ)から実行する必要があります。Solutions Enabler (CLI)/Unisphereでは、お客様にトレースルートを実行させることはできません。PingはUnisphereで使用できますが、 symsan これは特定のポートからのpingではなく、使用可能なポートを介して宛先にpingを実行しようとしています。
Resolution
サポート センターにお問い合わせください。tracerouteは、ハードウェア サポートが内部で実行し、SRDFの問題をトラブルシューティングする際にこれらの結果を提供できます。
tracerouteコマンドは、片側あたり1セットまたは2セットのSRDFポートに対してのみ必要です。エンドツーエンドの結果の例として、多数のtracerouteコマンドを実行する必要はありません。
