Symptoms
Dell Support-downloads til PowerEdge FX2 og FX2 Chassis Management Controller (CMC) version 2.41 omfatter ikke DUP-filformat (Dell Update Package) til hverken Windows eller Linux OS. Det eneste filformat, der leveres, er den binære pakke.
Cause
CMC version 2.41 til FX- eller FX2-kabinet leveres kun i binært format.
Resolution
Brug CMC-websiden med binær billedfil (1:1-metode) eller racadm kommandolinjeværktøj (1:1- eller 1:mange-metoden) til at udføre opdatering af CMC.
FX2 CMC version 2.41-firmwaren kan ikke opgraderes ved hjælp af Catalog eller OpenManage Enterprise (OME).
