Cause
該問題的根本原因可歸因於RabbitMQ數據結構中的交換丟失或損壞。
Resolution
- 在 NetWorker 伺服器上，開啟
Admin PowerShell提示或rootshell 並執行下列命令，以停止 NetWorker 和 NMC 服務：
Linux： nsr_shutdown ; sleep 10 ; systemctl stop gst
Windows： net stop nsrexecd /y
- 重新命名 RabbitMQ
tmp資料夾：
Linux： /nsr/tmp/rabbitmq
Windows： C:\Program Files\EMC NetWorker\nsr\tmp\RabbitMQ
- 啟動 NetWorker 伺服器和 NMC 服務。當 RabbitMQ 被重新命名時，服務啟動會建立新檔案，包括一個新的資料目錄：
Linux： systemctl start networker ; sleep 10 ; systemctl start gst
Windows (PowerShell)： net start nsrd ; Start-Sleep 10 ; net start gstd
