Symptoms

Dell Chicony PSU(X1HXF)を搭載したPowerEdgeシステムで、PSUの「電圧不足障害が検出されました」と報告されることがあります。

エラー ログの例:

PSU0001	   Power supply 1 failed.
PWR2500	   An issue is observed in a power source on component Power Supply 1, (PS1 PG).
VLT0204	   The system board PS1 PG voltage is outside of range.
PSU0034    An under voltage fault detected on power supply 1.

入力電源を電源装置に再接続すると、エラーはクリアされます。ただし、同じエラーが再発する場合があります。

Cause

電源装置の突然の内部電圧降下が問題の原因です。

Resolution

この問題を解決するには、電源装置ファームウェアをバージョン00.0E.12にアップグレードします。
