Symptoms

PowerProtect Data Manager 應用裝置用於透過 VM Direct Engine 解決方案保護 vSphere 環境。非軍事區 （DMZ） 叢集中的 VM Direct Engine 部署在初始化階段失敗。系統工作狀態顯示：

ProxySession unsuccessful during initialization. Unable to deploy and verify the vProxy my-proxy.my-domain.com. Unable to query vProxy status after 'Deploy'. Request unsuccessful. Unable to connect to External vproxy 'my-proxy.my-domain.com' on port '9090', the host service is not running.

Action : Deploy
TransportMode : HotaddPreferred

Cause

PowerProtect 裝置無法透過連接埠 9090 存取 VM Direct Engine

Resolution

必須設定環境防火牆或網路，以允許 PowerProtect 裝置透過連接埠 22 和 9090 與 VM Direct Engine 通訊。
