Symptoms

NetWorker Server가 ddboost 대상 NetWorker Server에서 오케스트레이션 복제 후 디바이스 NMC(NetWorker Management Console)에 다음 오류가 표시됩니다.

Cause

MTree가 RO/RD복제 대상이므로 쓰기를 수락할 수 없습니다. NetWorker Storage Node에는 다음이 필요합니다. ddboost 장착 시 쓰기 가능한 장치입니다.

  • RW = 읽기 쓰기 → MTree는 읽기/쓰기 가능합니다.  
  • RO = 읽기 전용 → MTree는 쓰기 작업을 수락할 수 없습니다.
  • RD = 복제 대상 → MTree가 복제 타겟이며 쓰기에 대해 잠겨 있습니다.

Resolution

NetWorker 구성에 이 Data Domain ddboost 디바이스가 읽기 전용으로 반영되어야 합니다. 이 옵션은 쓰기 관련 작업(예: 미디어 레이블 지정 또는 업데이트)을 건너뛰고 마운트가 성공할 수 있도록 합니다.

  1. NMC에서 복제된 디바이스 및 디바이스 속성을 > 마우스 오른쪽 버튼으로 클릭하고 Read-only 확인란을 활성화합니다.
  2. 복제된 디바이스를 마운트합니다.
