바이러스 백신 명령을 실행할 때 다음 오류가 나타납니다.

Cause

이는 OneFS 9.10 코드에 도입된 잠금 문제 때문입니다.

Resolution

OneFS 9.10.1.x, 9.11.x 또는 9.12.x에 대한 해결 방법은 없습니다. 클러스터를 9.13.x 이상 버전으로 업그레이드해야 합니다. 엔지니어링 결함은 IME01C-301입니다. 토글 AVscan 일시적인 구호를 위한 데몬:

powerscale1-9# isi services -a isi_avscan_d disable; sleep 30; isi services -a isi_avscan_d enable

클러스터가 OneFS 9.13.x 이상 버전을 실행 중인데도 여전히 안티바이러스 오류가 발생하는 경우 Dell Technologies 지원 부서에 문의하십시오.
