Symptoms
Unable to create a Data Domain (DD) device with Retention Lock (RL) compliance enabled.Unable to perform authentication for DD host, user, port, Mtree : Unable to send a request: SSL peer certificate or SSH remote key was not OK.
Cause
Code deficiency.
Management certificate that is used for DD Cloud Tier devices is not valid.
Management certificate that is used for DD Cloud Tier devices is not valid.
Resolution
Workaround fix: In the Data Domain resource Properties, delete Management certificate.
