NetWorker: NMDA Sybase Triage Guide

Instructions
PROBLEM DETAILS
- Provide a brief description of the issue being experienced
- Indicate whether this is a backup or restore problem
- Provide the exact error messages observed (include screenshots or log snippets if available)
- Confirm whether this was working previously
- Indicate the date and time when the issue first started
- Include recent changes prior to the issue such as upgrades, updates, configuration changes, so forth
ENVIRONMENT DETAILS
Provide the relevant information as listed below:
- NetWorker server OS version
- NetWorker server version including build number
- Sybase client OS version
- NetWorker client version
- NetWorker Module for Databases and Applications version, including build number
- Sybase Backupserver version. To display the version, run the command "backupserver -v."
Example output:

LOGS
- On the Sybase client:
- rendered daemon.raw
- Logs from /nsr/apps/logs (on Unix), or \nsr\apps\logs (on Windows)
- /nsr/apps/config/nmda_sybase.cfg (on Linux), or \nsr\apps\config\nmda_sybase.cfg
- Sybase Backupserver log
- On the NetWorker server
- rendered daemon.raw under /nsr/logs (on Unix), or \nsr\logs (on Windows)
- Copy of nsrdb under /nsr/res (on Unix), or \nsr\res (on Windows)
