VxRail: GPU-stöd på VxRail

VxRail ger stöd för NVIDIA GPU för användning med VDI (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure) och arbetsbelastningsintensiv beräkning.

Dells supportprocess är som följer: 

• Dells support ansvarar för felsökning av problem eller problem med NVIDIA-maskinvara. Detta inkluderar att tillhandahålla reservdelar vid behov.
• Dells support bör ge bästa möjliga support för NVIDIA GRID-problem. NVIDIA GRID-drivrutiner och fast programvara kan endast erhållas via NVIDIA:s webbplats. Dell har inte behörighet att komma åt och publicera NVIDIA GRID-drivrutiner som sådana. De ingår inte i VxRail Life-Cycle Management (LCM). 
• Som nämnts ovan måste kunder logga in med sina inloggningsuppgifter för NVIDIA-portalen och skapa ett supportärende för att sedan kontakta VxRail-supporten för att diagnostisera felet och arbeta mot en lösning.

NVIDIA:s supportportal
NVIDIA-supportportalen ger kunderna nödvändiga drivrutiner, fast programvara och licenser som köpts för GPU-produkter. Om GPU VIBS och/eller teknisk support krävs från NVIDIA måste kunden öppna NVIDIA-supportportalen och skapa ett supportärende. Kunder ska lägga till Dells supportmejladress i NVIDIA-supportärende för samarbete.

Vid behov ska supporten engagera VMware by Broadcom och samordna kommunikationen med NVIDIA när konfigurationshjälp krävs.
