Solution = 536713Cause
Anytime a Virtual Data Center (VDC) is added to a Replication Group (RG) or a new RG is created then RT bootstrap tasks are created.
RT bootstrap tasks are created to make both VDCs synchronize concerning that RG's data.
Sometimes these bootstrap tasks can become stuck.

If xDoctor reports this issue, open a service request with Dell technical support and refer to this KB article.
