Symptoms

El host de Linux de PowerPath no se puede conectar a PowerPath Management Appliance (PPMA), ya que el servicio de administración de PowerPath no se puede iniciar debido al siguiente error:

Cause

Esto se debe a lo siguiente: libjson-c.so.2 Las bibliotecas no se instalan en el host de Linux.

En Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.5, json-c no se instala de forma predeterminada en la instalación mínima y se recomienda instalar el paquete por separado.

Resolution

Se recomienda instalar json-c bibliotecas por separado e inicie el servicio de administración de PowerPath posteriormente cuando el host de PowerPath Linux se pueda agregar a PPMA.
