Symptoms

De PowerPath Linux-host kan geen verbinding maken met PowerPath Management Appliance (PPMA) omdat de PowerPath Management-service niet kan worden gestart vanwege de volgende fout:

Cause

Dit komt door de libjson-c.so.2 bibliotheken die niet op de Linux-host worden geïnstalleerd.

In Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.5, json-c is niet standaard geïnstalleerd in de minimale installatie, en het wordt aangeraden om het pakket apart te installeren.

Resolution

Het wordt geadviseerd om json-c bibliotheken afzonderlijk en start de PowerPath Management-service daarna wanneer de PowerPath Linux-host kan worden toegevoegd aan PPMA.
