Symptoms

O host do PowerPath Linux não pode se conectar ao PowerPath Management Appliance (PPMA), pois o serviço de gerenciamento do PowerPath não pode iniciar devido ao seguinte erro:

Cause

Isso se deve a libjson-c.so.2 bibliotecas que não estão sendo instaladas no host do Linux.

No Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.5, json-c não é instalado por padrão na instalação mínima e é aconselhável instalar o pacote separadamente.

Resolution

É aconselhável instalar json-c e inicie o serviço PowerPath Management depois, quando o host do PowerPath Linux puder ser adicionado ao PPMA.
