NetWorker: I backup del client AIX hanno esito negativo con messaggio "not properly configured"

Il certificato NSRLA del client AIX mostra un nome vuoto o un carattere Unicode "▒" (U+2592) per il nome host in /nsr/res/nsrladb.

Il registro della sessione di backup mostra:

DD/MM/YY HH:MM:SS lgto_parms failed: Client ' ' is not properly configured on the NetWorker Server
175297:save: Unable to set up the direct save with server '###.###.###': Client ' ' is not properly configured on the NetWorker Server
175024:save: Cannot open a save session with NetWorker server '###.###.###': Client ' ' is not properly configured on the NetWorker Server

Client AIX /etc/hosts nel record del file mancano i dettagli locali o un carattere Unicode invisibile "▒", ha aggiunto. Il client AIX interessato utilizza /etc/hosts quando si crea il certificato del database NSRLADB e la voce causa il problema.

Esempio di voce vuota nel database NSRLADB:

my-aixp8-1:/ # nsradmin -d /nsr/res/nsrladb
NetWorker administration program.

Esempio di carattere Unicode nel database NSRLADB:

my-aixp8-1:/ # nsradmin -d /nsr/res/nsrladb

nsradmin> p nsrla

Includere il nome host e l'IP del client AIX nella directory locale /etc/hosts per popolare il database NSRLADB locale.

1. Aprire una sessione SSH sul client AIX.
2. Creare una copia del file hosts esistente: cp /etc/hosts /etc/hosts_orig
3. Arrestare i servizi NetWorker: nsr_shutdown
4. Rinominare la directory res di NetWorker esistente: mv /nsr/res /nsr/res_old
5. Avviare i servizi NetWorker: /etc/rs.nsr
6. Convalidare il nome host nel database NSRLADB online: nsradmin -p nsrexec 
7. Convalidare il nome host nel database NSRLADB offline: nsradmin -d /nsr/res/nsrladb
8. Cancellare le informazioni NSR Peer sul server NetWorker: NetWorker: Correzione di informazioni NSR peer incoerenti
9. Eseguire un backup del client AIX interessato.

Se le cartelle /nsr/reso /nsr/res/nsrladb non può essere rinominato, effettuare le seguenti operazioni:

1. Correggere il nome nel campo nsrladb come file di testo per chiamarlo nsrladb_manually_fixed.
2. Utilizzare il comando nsradmin ".-i" per inserire e unire il nsrladb:

# nsradmin -d /nsr/res/nsrladb -i /tmp/nsrladb_manually_fixed

3. Arrestare i servizi NetWorker: nsr_shutdown
4. Avviare i servizi NetWorker: /etc/rs.nsr
