Cause
Nástroj Unisphere for PowerMax 10.0.x odesílá v požadavku rozhraní API pro operaci ping nesprávný protokol.
Resolution
Tento problém je vyřešen v Unisphere pro PowerMAX verze 10.1.x.
Pokud je požadováno potvrzení funkce "Ping Remote IP" (se softwarem Unisphere for PowerMax 10.0.x), použijte jako zástupné řešení (se softwarem Unisphere for PowerMax verze 10.0.x) následující příkaz SYMCLI:
