Instructions

  • Advise engaging the backup application support or backup administrator to determine what has recently been expired.
  • Search the Data Doman log file ddfs.info files for "Remove:"
  • Use CIFS share or NFS export to access /ddvar/log/debug.

  • Avamar Example to relate file to a client and job
This is the Client ID (CID) on Avamar: fc000a01110a001100aa0010a000aaa11a00111a You can then run this command on Avamar to get the client name/path:
