Symptoms

アップグレード後にパフォーマンス データが欠落します。

Cause

多くのアラートにより、STPDがUnisphereへのDCFファイルの送信を停止しました。

Resolution

回避策:
自動アラートを無効にします。
 

1: Unisphereインストールで、次の2つのejb-jar.xmlファイルの設定をtrueからfalseに変更します。 dirファイルに置き換えます。

install_dir/SMAS/jboss/domain/deploy/domain-symm.ear/domain-symm-ejb.jar/META-INF/ejb-jar.xml
install_dir/SMAS/jboss/domain/deploy0/domain-symm0.ear/domain-symm-ejb.jar/META-INF/ejb-jar.xml

両方のコピーをアップデートすることをお勧めします。設定はここにあります。

2：SMASを再起動します(変更が失われるため再起動しないでください)。

SMASの停止:
•MGMT-0(またはMGMT-1)ゲストの場合:crmリソースのメンテナンスSRG_U4Pオン
•次に、コマンドを実行します "docker exec -it unisphere bash" (これにより、BaseOS内のU4Pコンテナのコンソールが開きます)。
•Then run "/etc/init.d/smas stop-sync"
SMASを開始:
•MGMT-0(またはMGMT-1)ゲストの場合: (上記のようにU4Pコンテナ(MGMTによる)にログインしていることを確認する)"/etc/init.d/smas start-sync"
•実行：終了(U4Pコンテナを終了し、MGMTゲストCLIに戻る)
• CRMリソースのメンテナンスSRG_U4Pオフ


恒久的な解決策:
この問題は、10.2.0.0 (Magnolia)のPMUNI-17262で解決されています。
