Unable to perform "Upgrade Resource":
Impact
Unable to make PowerFlex Gateway Compliant with new intelligent catalog (IC)
Cause
An old vCenter that had been decommissioned but was still in the resources inventory on the old PFxM 3.6 system. The vCenter was part of a compute-only Resource Group Because the vCenter was no longer reachable, the system was blocking the upgrade.
Resolution
- Remove Compute Only (CO) resource groups that were previously used by the old vCenter.
- Remove old decommissioned vCenter from resources.
- Perform Upgrade.
- Import/Brownfield CO resource groups previously removed.
