고객이 Solutions Enabler(CLI) 또는 Unisphere에서 traceroute를 실행할 수 있습니까?
 

포인트-투-포인트 트레이스라우트(엔드-투-엔드)

Cause

고객은 내부 서브넷 또는 스위치 반대쪽에 있는 라우팅 주소를 통해 GW(Gateway) 주소에서 경로 추적을 수행할 수 있습니다. 이렇게 하면 네트워크의 특정 지점에 대한 라우팅만 제공됩니다. 

 

포인트-투-포인트 추적 경로를 수행하려면 엔드포인트 자체(어레이)에서 수행해야 합니다. Solutions Enabler(CLI)/Unisphere는 고객이 traceroute를 수행하도록 지원하지 않습니다. Ping은 Unisphere에서 사용할 수 있지만 symsan 특정 포트에서 ping이 아니며 대상에 대해 사용 가능한 포트를 통해 ping을 시도하고 있습니다.

Resolution

지원이 필요한 경우 지원 센터에 문의하십시오. traceroute는 하드웨어 지원에서 내부적으로 수행할 수 있으며 SRDF 문제를 해결할 때 해당 결과를 제공할 수 있습니다.

 

traceroute 명령은 한 측당 1개 또는 2개의 SRDF 포트 세트에만 필요하며, 전체 결과의 예로 사용하기 위해 여러 traceroute 명령을 실행할 필요가 없습니다.
