Symptoms

  • DDFS 패닉으로 인해 캐시 계층 SSD를 교체한 후 Data Domain이 재부팅될 수 있습니다.

Cause

SSD 교체 후 일부 인덱싱된 캐시 항목을 읽을 수 없습니다. DDFS는 SSD 교체 전에 이러한 항목을 읽을 수 있을 것으로 예상했습니다. 캐싱된 항목을 더 이상 읽을 수 없으므로 DDFS 패닉 및 DD 재부팅이 트리거될 수 있습니다.

Resolution

  1. DDFS를 비활성화합니다.
  2. 캐시 계층 SSD를 교체하고 모델 DD에 대한 표준 캐시 계층 SSD 교체 절차에 따라 시스템에 다시 추가합니다. Dell 지원 사이트에서 모델, 하드웨어 또는 현장 교체 가이드를 검색합니다. 
  3. 절차가 완료되면 DDFS를 다시 활성화하십시오.
