Symptoms

  • 由於 DDFS 錯誤，在更換快取層 SSD 後，Data Domain 可能會重新開機。
  • 檔案系統可能會出現錯誤，並顯示訊息「PANIC: ddr/lib/dd_flashcache_sl.c: dd_fc_ssd_read_async_cb_handle_entry: 1671」。
  • 檔案系統可能會出現錯誤，並顯示訊息「PANIC: ddr/lib/dd_flashcache_sl.c: dd_fc_ssd_read_async_cb_handle_entry: 1670」。

Cause

更換 SSD 後，部份索引快取項目將無法讀取。DDFS 預期在更換 SSD 之前這些項目是可讀取的。由於快取的項目已無法讀取，這可能會觸發 DDFS 錯誤和 DD 重新開機。

Resolution

  1. 停用 DDFS。
  2. 請更換快取層 SSD，然後按照 DD 型號的標準快取層 SSD 更換程序將其重新新增至系統。在 Dell 支援網站 搜尋型號硬體或現場更換指南。 
  3. 程序完成後，請重新啟用 DDFS。
