Avamar: ADMe job do not start from the ADMe UI

Symptoms
ADMe job does not start from ADMe UI, when click start, nothing happened.
If starting ADMe from CLI, it fails as below:
root@xxxxxxxx:~/#: adme
Event Log size check... Env#=20 Line-Count=42
WARNING: The [ atd ] daemon required for ADMe batch job initiation is not currently runningCause
The [atd] daemon is not running.
- ADME requires a running at daemon (atd) to start the batch jobs.
Resolution
To start the atd daemon, run the following command as user root:
/usr/sbin/atd
Or
/etc/init.d/./atd start
Run the ADMe job again from UI or from CLI.
