Cause
The Cyber Recovery software enables and disables the replication Ethernet interface and the replication context on the Data Domain in the Cyber Recovery vault to control the flow of data from the production environment to the vault environment.
For Short periods of time, the Cyber Recovery vault is connected to the production dd over this dedicated interface to perform Replications Because the management interface is always enabled, other Cyber Recovery operations are performed while the Cyber Recovery vault is secured.
Alerts are messages from the dd services and subsystems that report dd events.
The health alerts panel displays tabs that show current and noncurrent alerts.
Each time cyber recovery performs replication and enables and disables an interface an alert is generated.

Resolution
It is by design that the interface down generates an alert and the only way to stop alerting is to disable alerts completely which is not recommended at all.
There are no options to disable alerts for specific interfaces either.
To allow it to be brought down from a separate problem and not send an alert would require an RFE and may include adding a new type flag which would not alert if the interface is enabled but not up.
If you do want to request a feature enhancement, contact your account manager or sales team.
The data domain break fix support team cannot open the RFE for you or speak on your behalf to the SAM or Sales.
