Symptoms

Cause
Geo receiver or client failed to initiate SSL context with CA and certificate for over 10 rounds (5 minutes)
Resolution
The HTTPS Geo request is failed if this alert is raised. We need to check the log for all requests to HTTPS ports (9095 & 9097) from all services, and see if the requests are failed.
