Symptoms

NetWorker Snapshot Manager （NSM） snapvx 備份失敗，並顯示下列錯誤訊息：

Error relinking snapvx snapshot to target: Unable to perform action Link on SnapVX snapshot, error SYMAPI_C_ACCESS_DENIED

Cause

VMAX 系統管理員已使用 symacl 和 symauth 到 NSM 應用程式和資料移動者使用的 VMAX 中的儲存群組。NSM 不支援此功能。

Resolution

刪除應用於 NSM 應用程式和資料移動器主機使用的 VMAX 儲存組的安全設置。
