Cause

L’erreur "452 4.3.1 Insufficient system resources" Indique un problème sur le serveur de messagerie.

Selon la documentation Microsoft, cette erreur se produit lorsque le serveur de messagerie subit un épuisement des ressources, par exemple une mémoire insuffisante, un espace disque ou une capacité de traitement insuffisante, empêchant le traitement des e-mails.

Resolution

  1. Vérifiez que le serveur Exchange présente des contraintes en matière de ressources telles que la mémoire, l’espace disque ou les limitations du service de transport.
  2. Résolvez toute condition d’épuisement transitoire des ressources identifiée.
  3. Vérifiez que les notifications par e-mail Avamar sont correctement envoyées après la restauration des ressources du serveur de messagerie.
