Symptoms

Vanaf ECS xDoctor v4.8-109.0 en ObjectScale xDoctor v5.1-109.0 wordt RAP208 (Storing switchverbinding gedetecteerd) geïmplementeerd als een automatische hersteller. Wanneer switchconnectiviteitsproblemen de geconfigureerde drempelwaarde voor fouten of kritieke ernst overschrijden, geeft xDoctor een RAP208-waarschuwing aan en wordt automatisch de geïntegreerde herstelindelingsworkflow gestart. Deze workflow voert de vereiste herstelacties uit als xDoctor auto-healers zijn ingeschakeld.
 

 

OPMERKING: Als uw omgeving een xDoctor-versie uitvoert die ouder is dan ECS xDoctor v4.8-109.0 of ObjectScale xDoctor v5.1-109.0, is de RAP208-functie voor automatische herstel niet beschikbaar. In deze versies moet herstel worden uitgevoerd met behulp van het AutoPilot-proces dat hieronder wordt beschreven of door de handmatige herstelstappen te volgen die worden beschreven in het gedeelte Oplossing.

 

Waarschuwing die RAP208 automatisch herstellen activeert

De RAP208 automatisch herstellende workflow wordt geactiveerd wanneer switchconnectiviteitsfouten de geconfigureerde drempelwaarde voor fouten of kritieke ernst overschrijden. Zodra deze drempelwaarde wordt overschreden, genereert xDoctor een RAP208-waarschuwing, die dient als trigger voor het geautomatiseerde reparatieproces.

Auto Healer Requirement

De functie xDoctor auto-healer moet ingeschakeld zijn om dit probleem op te lossen. Auto-healers kunnen worden ingeschakeld tijdens de installatie of na de installatie door de stappen te volgen die worden beschreven in:

Cause

Na vervanging van een switch kunnen de SSH-hostsleutels die worden gebruikt voor authenticatie bij de switch veranderen of kan de beheerinterface die verbinding maakt met de switch administratief worden afgesloten. Soms komt het wachtwoord dat in xDoctor is geconfigureerd niet overeen met het huidige wachtwoord op de betreffende switch en moet het dienovereenkomstig worden bijgewerkt.

De xDoctor-automatiserings- en autoherstelworkflows voeren geen probleemoplossing voor het switchwachtwoord uit. In plaats daarvan detecteert xDoctor authenticatiegerelateerde fouten en geeft de juiste waarschuwing weer, waarbij de gebruiker naar het relevante Knowledge Base-artikel wordt geleid waarin wordt beschreven hoe xDoctor moet worden geconfigureerd voor het gebruik van het wachtwoord dat op de switches is ingesteld.
