Symptoms

從 ECS xDoctor v4.8-109.0 和 ObjectScale xDoctor v5.1-109.0 開始， RAP208 （偵測到交換器連線故障） 已實作為 自動修復程式。當交換器連線問題超過設定 的錯誤 或嚴重性閾值時，xDoctor 會發出 RAP208 警示，並自動啟動其整合式修復協調流程。如果已 啟用 xDoctor 自動修復程式，此工作流程將執行必要的補救動作。

注意：如果您的環境執行的 xDoctor 版本早於 ECS xDoctor v4.8-109.0 或 ObjectScale xDoctor v5.1-109.0，則無法使用 RAP208 自動修復功能。在這些版本中，必須使用下述 AutoPilot 程序執行補救，或依照「解決方法」一節中概述 的手動補救步驟 執行。

觸發 RAP208 自動修復的警示

Cause

更換交換器後，用於驗證交換器的 SSH 主機金鑰可能會變更，或是連接至交換器的管理介面可能會以系統管理方式關機。有時，在 xDoctor 中配置的密碼與受影響交換器上的當前密碼不匹配，必須相應地進行更新。

xDoctor 自動化和自動修復工作流程 不會執行交換器密碼補救。相反地，xDoctor 會偵測與驗證相關的故障，並發出適當的警示，將使用者引導至相關知識文章，說明如何配置 xDoctor 以使用在交換器上設定的密碼。
