Symptoms

从 ECS xDoctor v4.8-109.0 和 ObjectScale xDoctor v5.1-109.0 开始， RAP208（检测到交换机连接故障） 作为 自动修复程序实施。当交换机连接问题超过配置的错误或严重性阈值时，xDoctor 会发出 RAP208 警报，并自动启动其集成修复流程编排工作流。如果 启用了 xDoctor 自动修复程序，则此工作流会执行所需的修正操作。

提醒：如果您的环境运行的 xDoctor 版本早于 ECS xDoctor v4.8-109.0 或 ObjectScale xDoctor v5.1-109.0，则 RAP208 自动修复程序功能不可用。在这些版本中，必须使用下面所述的 AutoPilot 过程或按照“解决方案”部分中概述的 手动修复步骤 执行修复。

Cause

更换交换机后，用于向交换机验证身份的 SSH 主机密钥可能会更改，或者连接到交换机的管理接口可能会通过管理方式关闭。有时，在 xDoctor 中配置的密码与受影响交换机上的当前密码不匹配，必须相应地进行更新。

xDoctor 自动化和自动修复程序工作流 不执行交换机密码修复。相反，xDoctor 会检测与身份验证相关的故障并发出相应的警报，从而将用户引导至介绍如何将 xDoctor 配置为使用在交换机上设置的密码的相关知识库文章。

Resolution

xDoctor 自动修复程序：ObjectScale xDoctor v5.1-109.0/ECS xDoctor v4.8-109.0 或更高版本
