Cause

Nedeni yanıt vermeyen bir mod_nss.d eder.

Resolution

1. Apache'yi durdurun:

service apache2 stop
 

2. Kalan mod_nss.d işlemlerini kontrol etmek için ps komuttan:

ps -ef|grep mod_nss |grep -v grep
 

Çıktı yoksa kalan işlem yoktur - 4. adıma gidin.

Kalan işlemler varsa çıktı aşağıdakine benzerdir:

root      6671     1  0 16:28 ?        00:00:00 /usr/sbin/nss_pcache 15466514 off /etc/apache2/mod_nss.d
 

3. Kalan işlemleri sonlandırın ve kalan işlem kalmadığını doğrulamak için 2. adımı tekrarlayın.

4. Apache'yi başlatın:

service apache2 start
 
Not: Apache'yi yeniden başlatmak yeterli değildir. Durdurulmalı ve ardından başlatılmalıdır.
