avvcbimage Warning <16004>: Soap fault detected, Connection problem with WS ticket, Msg:'SOAP 1.1 fault: SOAP-ENV:Client [no subcode]

また、 nslookup プロキシからVCenter(VC)の短い名前に失敗する。

Cause

これは通常、プロキシとvCenter間の名前解決の問題が原因で、新しいセットアップで、または環境に追加された新しいプロキシを使用して発生します。

プロキシは、エラー ログの次のエントリーに基づいてVCを解決できません。

Resolution

イメージ バックアップが失敗する場合は、次のポイントに従ってください。
  • 推奨されるプラクティスとして、次のことを行います。常に完全修飾ドメイン名(FQDN)を使用してvCenterをAvamarに追加してください。
  • プロキシの確認 /etc/resolv.conf ファイルを開き、「search」と「nameserver」のエントリーが正しいことを確認します。
  • プロキシのDNS(ドメイン ネーム サーバー)に次のエントリーがあることを確認します。
    • 「住所記録」(「A記録」)
    • 「ポインタレコード」(「PTRレコード」)
    • 「正規名レコード」(「CNAMEレコード」)
  • コマンド nslookup 短い名前、長い名前、IPアドレスを使用してvCenterを解決するためのユーティリティー。
  • 以下を検証し、確認します。 /etc/hosts プロキシ上のファイルに、適切なVCホストIPアドレス、長い名前、短い名前が入力されていること。
