Symptoms

Omylem se v /var/lib/docker/devicemapper/metadata vytvořil neplatný soubor s názvem "ls".

Procesor úložiště přejde do postupného restartu s chybami eVE v umístění /EMC/C4Core/log/start_c4.log (nebo /mnt/ssdroot/EMC/C4Core/log/start_c4.log pokud je procesor úložiště v servisním režimu):

Cause

Podle informací /EMC/CEM/log/eVE/eVE_startup.log na SP není Docker spuštěný:

Mon Aug  7 21:49:05 2017 /EMC/Platform/bin/eVE.pl: Cannot proceed. Docker service is not running

Podle /var/log/messages se služba Docker nezdařila, protože nemohla načíst soubor zařízení "ls":

Resolution

  1. Odeberte problematický soubor z umístění /var/lib/docker/devicemapper/metadata:

    rm -f /var/lib/docker/devicemapper/metadata/ls

  2. Vymažte počítadlo záchrany při spuštění:

    svc_rescue_state -c

  3. Restartujte procesor úložiště:

    svc_shutdown -r
Poznámka: Tento problém může vyřešit také přeinstalace pomocí bitové kopie SP.
