Symptoms

When using a Time Period which includes daylight saving time change date will cause the start time of the report to be incorrect.  For example when using a custom Time Period created for the start and the end of the of November 2019 the reports do not start at 00:00 but 1:00.  Note these dates cover the time change for Daylight Saving Time (DST) which occurred in US at 02:00 on November 3rd, 2019.  See below for the configuration of the Time Period used with the Start and End Times:

Start Time
Day of the month: 1
Month: 1 month ago
Hour: 12 AM
Minutes: 0 minutes past

End Time
Day of the month: 31
Month: 1 month ago
Hour: 11 PM
Minutes: 59 minutes past
