Symptoms
サポート認証情報のパスワードが変更され、先頭または末尾に特殊文字が含まれるようになりました
統合型ESRSの構成に使用されたユーザー名のサポート認証情報パスワードの開始または終了に特殊文字(&、*、$、?など)が含まれていました。
Unity OE(操作環境)バージョン4.x以降の場合
サポート認定資格とサポート契約を設定できません。
アラート:
You may have provided invalid Dell EMC support credentials. Verify that at 'Settings -> Support Configuration -> Dell EMC Support Credentials' in Unisphere, or using uemcli '/sys/support/account' command. (Error Code:0x6400b82)
Cause
サポート認証情報には、パスワードの最初または最後に(&、*、$、?など)の特殊文字が含まれています
これは、統合型ESRSの構成に使用されます。
統合型ESRSパスワードの先頭または末尾に特殊文字を使用できません。
Resolution
パスワードがリセットされたら、次の手順に従います。
- 新しい認証情報を使用して、サポート サイト[support.emc.com]にログインします
- Unity Unisphereからサポート認証情報を更新します
- ESRSの構成を再試行してください。
上記の手順を実行しても問題が解決しない場合は、Dellテクニカル サポートにお問い合わせください。
