Symptoms

用於設定整合式 ESRS 的使用者名稱支援認證密碼，在開頭或結尾包含特殊字元 （&、*、$、？ 等）。
適用於 Unity 作業環境 （OE） 4.x 版或更新版本
無法設定支援認證與支援合約。
警示：
You may have provided invalid Dell EMC support credentials. Verify that at 'Settings -> Support Configuration -> Dell EMC Support Credentials' in Unisphere, or using uemcli '/sys/support/account' command. (Error Code:0x6400b82)
Cause
支援登入資料的密碼開頭或結尾有特殊字元，例如 （&、*、$、？ 等等）。
這是用來設定整合式 ESRS。
內建 ESRS 密碼的開頭或結尾不支援特殊字元。
Resolution
重設密碼後，請按照下列步驟操作：
- 使用新登入資料登入支援網站 [support.emc.com]
- 從 Unity Unisphere 更新支援認證
- 嘗試再次設定 ESRS。
