Quando si tenta di aggiungere Unity utilizzando il sito web Servicelink, viene visualizzato un errore: "Error occurred while attempting to validate the site id." (l'aggiunta di Unity su Servicelink è solo per test).
Cause
Ciò è dovuto a un problema di impostazione dell'ID del sito.
Controllare le informazioni sull'ID sito ESRS tramite il seguente link con il numero di serie "CKMuuuuu".

Abbiamo scoperto che ci sono due ID di siti collegati e lo stato NON è "INSTALLA".
Resolution
È necessario coinvolgere l'Account Team o il team della base installata per correggere il problema.
Il requisito è quello di mantenere un solo ID sito collegato a Unity con lo stato "INSTALL".
