Symptoms

Il cliente visualizza un errore XDR quando un utente specifico accede alle risorse di NetWorker da NMC.

nsrmmdbd RPC critical Unable to decode XDR stream from client xxxxx
In questo estratto di registro, xxxxx è il server NMC.

Cause

L'istanza client del server NMC non viene creata in NetWorker.

Resolution

Attenersi alle procedure seguenti:
  1. Creare un'istanza client di NMC nel server NetWorker.
  2. Nell'interfaccia utente di NMC cliccare con il pulsante destro del mouse sulle proprietà client di NW Server. Nel campo Remote access inserire il nome host NMCxxxxx.
  3. Nell'interfaccia utente di NMC cliccare con il pulsante destro del mouse sulle proprietà client di NMC. Nel campo Remote access inserire il nome host del server NW.
