Symptoms

当特定用户从 NMC 访问 NetWorker 资源时，客户会看到 XDR 错误。

nsrmmdbd RPC critical Unable to decode XDR stream from client xxxxx

Cause

未在 NetWorker 中创建 NMC 服务器客户端实例。

Resolution

执行以下步骤：
  1. 在 NetWorker 服务器中创建 NMC 的客户端实例 。
  2. 在 NMC UI 中，右键单击 NW 服务器的客户端属性。在 远程访问 字段中，输入 NMC 主机名xxxxx。
  3. 在 NMC UI 中，右键单击 NMC 的客户端属性。在 远程访问 字段中，输入 NW 服务器主机名。
