Cause

Dette problem er relateret til VPLEX-administrationskonsollen, som afviser gyldige kommandoer, der er overført fra AppSync via REST API. Dette er et kendt problem i VPLEX.

Årsagen til NaN-problemet menes i øjeblikket at være CST JNI-native kode, der ikke er trådsikker og ødelægger FPU-registrene og forstyrrer andre java-tråde, der skal bruge FPU (såsom til dobbelttal).

Resolution

Permanent afhjælpning:
Problemet er løst i VPLEX GeoSynchrony-kodeversion 6.0, Service Pack 1, programrettelse 4 og nyere.

Løsning:

  1. Genstart VPLEX-administrationskonsollen.
  2. Kør AppSync-serviceplanen igen.
