Symptoms

AppSyncは、VPLEX管理コンソールの問題により、VPLEXクラスターからwwn:<wwn_id>の仮想ボリューム情報を取得できません。
AppSyncコマンドが失敗しました: HTTP/1.1

Cause

この問題は、REST APIを介してAppSyncから渡された有効なコマンドを拒否するVPLEX管理コンソールに関連しています。これはVPLEXの既知の問題です

現在、NaN問題の理由は、CST JNIネイティブコードがスレッドセーフではなく、FPUレジスタを破損し、FPUを使用する必要がある他のJavaスレッド(倍数の場合など)に干渉することであると考えられています。

Resolution

恒久的な解決策:
この問題は、VPLEX GeoSynchronyコード バージョン6.0サービス パック1パッチ4以降で修正されています。

回避策:

  1. VPLEX管理コンソールを再起動します。
  2. AppSyncサービス プランを再実行します。
