Cause

Dit probleem heeft te maken met de VPLEX-beheerconsole die geldige opdrachten weigert die door AppSync via de REST API worden doorgegeven. Dit is een bekend probleem in VPLEX.

De reden voor het NaN-probleem wordt momenteel verondersteld te zijn dat CST JNI native code niet thread-safe is en de FPU-registers corrumpeert en interfereert met andere Java-threads die de FPU moeten gebruiken (zoals voor dubbele getallen).

Resolution

Permanente oplossing:
Dit probleem is opgelost in VPLEX GeoSynchrony code versie 6.0 Service Pack 1 patch 4 en hoger.

Oplossing:

  1. Start de VPLEX-beheerconsole opnieuw.
  2. Voer het AppSync-serviceabonnement opnieuw uit.
